What’s Inside the ClickBank Profit Club DFY Funnel?

“Done for you” is one of those phrases that makes me slightly nervous. Sometimes it means genuinely helpful. Sometimes it means “a template you’ll spend three weeks fixing”. So I thought I’d unpack exactly what’s in the ClickBank Profit Club funnel, from a member’s point of view.

First, what is a funnel?

A funnel is simply a path someone follows: they see your content, land on a page, get something free in exchange for their email, and then receive emails that help them and introduce an offer. If you’d like the longer explanation, I’ve written a separate post on bridge pages.

What’s inside, piece by piece

1. A squeeze page

This is the page people land on. Its job is simple: explain and collect a name and email. These have already  been written and designed, and it’s branded, so you’re not starting from a blank page, The page has to be good as you want people to stop scrolling and find out more information…

2. Training

Your subscribers get access to training too, which means you’re giving people something genuinely useful rather than just a sales pitch. You genuinely are helped straight away on how to get started and set everything up, once you have completed that there are further more intense training to help you grow, plus live training events too.

3. A pre-written email sequence

According to the CBPC, the email sequence was written by professional copywriters. It’s sent from your own email account, so the relationship is between you and your subscriber. This was a big relief for me, because writing a whole sequence from scratch is daunting. I never know what to write on an email, I just sit there looking at a blank screen for ages. so having this ready to go sequence is amazing, yes you can go in an give them a tweak so they are sounding more like you, and this helped me a lot.

4. Your own list

This is the part I value most. The people who sign up go onto your email list. The CBPC also says anyone who joins through you is tagged to you for life. This is the part I like the most, as usually if you get someone to an offer that person keeps the list, this way you get to keep it…

What you still need to do yourself

This is the honest bit that “done for you” doesn’t always make clear:

• Set up your accounts, including adding your ClickBank details inside your Club account and connecting your email tool.
• Get people to your funnel by sharing helpful content: blog posts, social posts, videos.
• Add your own voice. The pre-written emails are a great base, but adding your own story builds trust.
• Be patient and keep going consistently.

How long did setup take me?

Much less time than building a funnel from scratch would have. I did it across one of my 20-minute pockets. The longest bit was connecting my email and checking everything worked.

For me setting up my Clickbank ID took the longest, as I had previously had an account and couldn’t remember my details so after faffing about for ages I decided it was easier to set up a new account, which took me about a minute.. (should have done that in the first place!) setting up my Aweber account was straight forward I followed the videos and this was about 5 minutes, checked everything was working with a test email and it worked like a charm…. 

Done-for-you vs building your own

For a beginner, I think done-for-you makes a lot of sense. You can always build your own pieces later once you understand how it all fits together. I have since built multiple landing pages which are now converting, so if I can do it then you can.

Is a done-for-you funnel enough to get results?

No funnel works on its own. You still need to send people to it by sharing helpful content consistently, and results are never guaranteed. If you can scroll on social media you can make a quick post to promote your funnel, either by a video on TikTok or Instagram reels, YouTube or simply by posting on Facebook, I use all of these and get messages and comments wanting the information, so you will still need to do some work.
